Here's When We Might Not Be A Good Fit

Hi, My name is Zach and I’m the Founder of Lasso.
I believe strongly in transparency with our current and future clients. Also, we value our time and yours. That being said, I wanted to share a few reasons as to why Lasso might not be a good fit for you:
You are experts in your business. We're experts in ours.
You are the undeniable experts in your field. Your job is to provide us with all of the micro and macro knowledge that you have inside of your four walls. What you know about your customers, prospects, industry, and more. That's precisely the information we need. Additionally, we need you to:
- Be open-minded around new tactics and approaches to customer acquisition (if the old way was working, you wouldn't need us!)
Admit that you are not a marketing expert. That's also why we are here.
Know that what you read online might not be applicable to your overall goals and objectives (no, you probably don't need Snapchat).
Our role at Lasso is to understand and take the knowledge that's in your four walls and translate that into a proven lead generation strategy. We are undeniable experts in our field. We'll make sure everyone stays in their respective lane.
No closed-loop marketing & sales feedback.
We need sales data. Whether that's from your CRM, ERP, Shopify store, etc - it doesn't necessarily matter to us where you store this information.
If we don't receive that information, we won't be able to fully optimize your campaigns (beyond sharing where leads are coming from at the campaign, ad, and keyword levels). While that data is important, we also want to make sure the leads we generate are translating into revenue for your business.
We're always happy to recommend a CRM, etc to help you close the loop.You aren't a partner that thinks long term.
Odds are, you've been in business for a while without fully implementing a comprehensive lead-generation program. Our assumption is your company is planning to be around for the next 10, 20, or 50+ years. It's important to not overreact within the first 30, 60, or 90 days.
We want to be pleasantly tenacious in our mindset. We have an urgency to get campaigns live so we can capture data, then optimize, and then scale and build the closest thing to a money printer that we've found.
We are best suited for small businesses.
Our ideal client is doing less than 20 million in revenue, wants access to an entire marketing team at a fraction of the cost of even one more team member, and is agile enough to move quickly when the data tells us to.
